Marine Ply on Mahogany
The 30ft Waterwitch is a larger version of the famous Maurice Griffiths designed Eventide. Consistent with most Maurice Griffiths' designs, the Waterwitch is shallow draught, with a long iron ballast keel and a pair of steel bilge keels to allow the boat to take the ground well. The Waterwitch is renowned for it's spacious accommodation, shallow draft and capable sailing performance. 'Blackwater Witch' is in superb condition and was originally built to an exceptionally high standard. Her second-only owner, a professional mariner has, during the last year, substantially refurbished the yacht both internally and externally. Many additional fittings, are now in place which reflects excellence in marine fit out, a heightened awareness and provision of safety equipment and a 'belt & braces' approach to the working gear. 'Blackwater Witch' really does look 'right'. The yacht's interior is stunning. Beautiful hardwoods are used throughout and are varnished and polished to a high standard. High quality soft furnishings complement the layout and a comprehensive range of extras specified below, complete this great value yacht. A 2013 survey is available with all recommendations carried out, plus a £4,000 refit, including new stanchions safety wires, complete repaint and all anodes renewed. 'Blackwater Witch' is ready to sail and offered at a very competitive ask of £12000.
